CUET paper: the General Aptitude Test (501) or History (314). The cell writes the two with a slash, and the eligibility column says the merit list is prepared from the candidate's score in "Section III: General Test or History". Passed the PU or plus-two examination from a recognised Indian or foreign institution or board, as per the foreign equivalence list, with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for OBC non-creamy layer, SC, ST, PwD and Kashmiri migrant and non-migrant pandits).

What moved between 2025 and 2026

One list, so one row per category

With no colleges to compare, each category is compared with itself at the earliest list both years printed for it. That list is named on the row.

5 of 5 categories closed higher in 2026. Tap a category to see its lists above.

Across every round, by category

CategoryMedian changeSeats comparedRose / fell
UR+44.38 rose44 / 0
EWS+16.94 rose44 / 0
OBC-NCL+42.29 rose44 / 0
SC+45.68 rose44 / 0
ST+61.32 rose44 / 0

20 seats appear in both years' lists and are compared with themselves — same college, same variant, same round, same category. Rounds are never mixed: a later round closes lower everywhere, so mixing them would report a collapse that is only an extra page in the document. Read the figures as movement, not as difficulty: CUET is normalised separately each year, so a category that rose may have met a harder paper rather than harder competition.

One row per college or variant, highest first. Each links to the list it was copied from.
