   Article 315 provides for a Public Service Commission for the Union and one for each State.

   Article 148 is the Comptroller and Auditor General and Article 338 the National Commission for Scheduled Castes.

   A Chairman or member of the UPSC is removed by the President, but only on a report of the Supreme Court after an inquiry.
