CorrectNot quiteAnswer B

Correct answer: B

Explanation

  1. Asif's new place is Bindu's old place: 15th from the left and 10th from the right.

  2. So the row has 15+10−1=2415 + 10 - 1 = 24 people.

  3. People to the right of Asif =24−15=9= 24 - 15 = 9 (he is 10th from the right, so 9 stand beyond him).

Worth noting

10 is Asif's position from the right, which counts Asif. 18 is the number who were to his right BEFORE the swap (24−6)(24 - 6).
