CorrectNot quiteAnswer B

Correct answer: B

Explanation

  1. The LCM of 3, 4 and 6 is 12.

  2. 812+912−1012=8+9−1012=712\frac{8}{12} + \frac{9}{12} - \frac{10}{12} = \frac{8 + 9 - 10}{12} = \frac{7}{12}.

Worth noting

Adding numerators and denominators directly, 2+3−53+4−6\frac{2 + 3 - 5}{3 + 4 - 6}, gives 0. Fractions are added only over a common denominator.
