CorrectNot quiteAnswer C

Correct answer: C

Explanation

  1. In 2 hours A fills 210=15\frac{2}{10} = \frac{1}{5}, leaving 45\frac{4}{5}.

  2. Together they fill 110+115=16\frac{1}{10} + \frac{1}{15} = \frac{1}{6} an hour, so 45×6=4.8\frac{4}{5} \times 6 = 4.8 hours.

Worth noting

6.8 hours is the whole time from when A was opened.
