CUET papers: English (101); Physics (322); Chemistry (306); Biology / Biological Science / Biotechnology / Biochemistry (304) — 4 papers, all of them required. The commas join papers that are all required and a slash offers a choice of one; the document proves this itself in row 10, whose mapped papers are “English , Chemistry , Physics , ( Mathematics/ Biology)” and whose eligibility beside them reads “with Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology” — the same four slots, with the comma written out as “and” and the slash as “or”. The university's own requirement for this programme: Minimum age for admission will be 17 years. (as on 31st December of that year) The upper age limit is 35 yrs. 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually for any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government 10+2 with english having 40 % of marks in Vocational ANM course from the school recognised by INC , 10+2 with Enlish Having 40% of marks in vocational stream / health care science from a recognised CBSE Board / State /Centre or Registered ANM with Pass mark
