CorrectNot quiteAnswer B

Correct answer: B

Explanation

  1. After the opening sentence, S is what her parents gave up for "the first year's fees".

  2. R is how she repaid "what it had cost them", P is "her final year", and Q is the scholarship, which leads to her return home in the closing sentence.

  3. So the order is SRPQ.

Worth noting

SPRQ has her come first in her final year before she has begun to study hard.
