CorrectNot quiteAnswer C

Correct answer: C

Explanation

  1. After the opening sentence, R says when "they" reached the top.

  2. P says how long they stayed, S is what they did "in that short time", and Q is "then", the climb down.

  3. So the order is RPSQ.

Worth noting

RSPQ fills "that short time" before the paragraph has said how short it was.
