CorrectNot quiteAnswer B

Correct answer: B

Explanation

  1. Let them be x,x+2,x+4x, x + 2, x + 4: 3x=2(x+4)+73x = 2(x + 4) + 7.

  2. 3x=2x+153x = 2x + 15, so x=15x = 15.

  3. The numbers are 15, 17, 19; the middle one is 17.

Worth noting

15 is the smallest. Consecutive odd numbers step by 2, not by 1.
