CorrectNot quiteAnswer B

Correct answer: B

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting confers the awards and the President presents them.
The National Film Development Corporation took over the organisation of film festivals in March 2022, which is a different job from conferring these awards.
The Sangeet Natak Akademi covers music, dance and drama, not cinema.

Worth noting

Cinema sits under Information and Broadcasting while the other arts sit under Culture, and that single split answers a whole family of questions about which body does what.
