Correct answer: A

Sport is the responsibility of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
The Sports Authority of India works under it, and the national sports awards are announced by it.
The Ministry of Culture handles the arts academies and heritage, which is a separate set of institutions and awards.

Worth noting

Sport and culture are different ministries with different awards, and questions that mix an arts academy with a sports award are testing exactly that boundary.
