CorrectNot quiteAnswer C
Correct answer: C
Explanation
The Court sits at the Peace Palace in The Hague, in the Netherlands.
It is the only one of the six principal organs not located in New York.
That single exception is why the seat is asked about at all: the rest of the answer is simply New York.
Worth noting
Do not confuse it with the International Criminal Court, which also sits at The Hague but is not a United Nations organ. The ICJ settles disputes between states; the ICC tries individuals.
