CorrectNot quiteAnswer D

Correct answer: D

Explanation

  1. The product is (10×1)(10×2)…(10×10)=1010×10!(10 \times 1)(10 \times 2)\dots(10 \times 10) = 10^{10} \times 10!.

  2. 101010^{10} gives 10 zeros.

  3. 10!=3,628,80010! = 3{,}628{,}800 ends in 2 zeros (from 5 and 10).

  4. Total = 10+2=1210 + 2 = 12.

Worth noting

One zero per factor gives 10, and one extra for 100 gives 11; the full count also needs the two zeros hidden in 10!.
