CorrectNot quiteAnswer A

Correct answer: A

Explanation

  1. Let the number be 10a+b10a + b with a+b=11a + b = 11.

  2. Reversed minus original = 9(b−a)=279(b - a) = 27, so b−a=3b - a = 3.

  3. a=4a = 4, b=7b = 7: the number is 47. Check: 74−47=2774 - 47 = 27.

Worth noting

74 is the reversed number. Since the reversed number is BIGGER, the units digit of the original is the larger digit.
