CorrectNot quiteAnswer B

Correct answer: B

Explanation

  1. Split the value: ₹360 in the ratio 3:4:53 : 4 : 5 gives ₹90, ₹120 and ₹150.

  2. Number of coins = value ÷ face value: 90÷1=9090 \div 1 = 90, 120÷2=60120 \div 2 = 60, 150÷5=30150 \div 5 = 30.

  3. So there are 60 coins of ₹2.

Worth noting

The ratio is of VALUES, not of numbers. Treating 3:4:53 : 4 : 5 as the number of coins gives 40; 120 is the value of the ₹2 coins.
