CorrectNot quiteAnswer C

Correct answer: C

Explanation

  1. Same direction: relative speed = 72−18=5472 - 18 = 54 km/h=15h = 15 m/s.

  2. The train covers its own length relative to her: 300 m.

  3. Time =30015=20= \frac{300}{15} = 20 s.

Worth noting

12 s is the answer if she rides towards the train (relative speed 90 km/h). 15 s treats her as standing still.
