Show the answer and explanation
CorrectNot quiteAnswer C

Correct answer: C

Explanation

  1. Aditi's 4 days = 416=14\frac{4}{16} = \frac{1}{4} of the blanket.

  2. The grandmother does 34\frac{3}{4} in 18 days.

  3. Whole blanket: 18÷34=2418 \div \frac{3}{4} = 24 days.

Worth noting

18 days is the time for only 34\frac{3}{4} of the blanket. 27 days comes from multiplying by 32\frac{3}{2} instead of 43\frac{4}{3}.
