CorrectNot quiteAnswer D

Correct answer: D

Explanation

  1. Put t=3x+1t = 3x + 1, dt=3 dxdt = 3\,dx: 13∫et dt\frac{1}{3}\int e^{t}\,dt.

  2. =13e3x+1+C= \frac{1}{3}e^{3x + 1} + C.

Worth noting

e3x+1e^{3x + 1} alone differentiates to 3e3x+13e^{3x + 1}, three times too much.
