CorrectNot quiteAnswer B

Correct answer: B

Explanation

  1. The transpose turns each row into a column, in order: row 1 becomes column 1.

  2. So A′=[10−2435]A' = \begin{bmatrix}1 & 0 \\ -2 & 4 \\ 3 & 5\end{bmatrix}, of order 3 × 2.

Worth noting

[1−23045]\begin{bmatrix}1 & -2 \\ 3 & 0 \\ 4 & 5\end{bmatrix} has the right order, but the elements were refilled row by row instead of the rows being turned into columns.
