CorrectNot quiteAnswer D

Correct answer: D

Explanation

  1. Take CP = ₹100, so required SP = ₹120.

  2. SP = 75% of MP, so MP = 120÷0.75120 \div 0.75 = ₹160.

  3. MP is 60% above CP.

Worth noting

Adding 20%+25%=45%20\% + 25\% = 45\% is the trap. The discount is taken on the MP, which is bigger than the CP.
