CorrectNot quiteAnswer B

Correct answer: B

Explanation

  1. ∫ex(f(x)+f′(x))dx=exf(x)+C\int e^x\left(f(x) + f'(x)\right)dx = e^x f(x) + C, because ddx(exf(x))=ex(f(x)+f′(x))\frac{d}{dx}\left(e^x f(x)\right) = e^x\left(f(x) + f'(x)\right).

  2. Here f(x)=x2f(x) = x^{2} and f′(x)=2xf'(x) = 2x, so the integral is x2ex+Cx^{2} e^{x} + C.

Worth noting

The function that goes with exe^x is the one whose derivative is the other term.
