Question 29

Options for question 29

Show the answer and explanation
CorrectNot quiteAnswer D

Correct answer: D

Explanation

  1. Volume = 3×2×1.5=93 \times 2 \times 1.5 = 9 m³.

  2. 9 m³ = 9×1,000=9,0009 \times 1{,}000 = 9{,}000 litres.

Worth noting

1 m³ is 1,000 litres, not 100 (which gives 900) or 10 (which gives 90). 6,000 litres drops the depth of 1.5 m to 1 m.
